Ensuring vulnerable individuals have access to food and other necessities via their mobile night patrols, regular community meals, and pantry stocked with groceries.
Support and Connection Services
Fostering a sense of community and providing pathways to further assistance through companionship, opportunities for social interaction at their events, and direct referrals.
Broader Community Initiatives
We Are Community is dedicated to broader community initiatives, actively working to expand their reach, establish crucial resources like a crisis accommodation centre, and implement programs aimed at fostering long-term independence and capacity building within the community.
